Opened in 1990, Yuki Japanese Restaurant has been running over 20 years by the one and only Yuki Yamaguchi. The whole operation is his vision and is supported by the loyal staff and family members. 



Yuki is so passionate about food, he is always trying to concoct the new "thing." For example, with the unagi-crisis in Japan, he came up with the vegan unagi called "unamon." This combines potatoes and vegetables to mimic the very unique texture of unagi, and is topped with the same sweet and smoky sauce. A healthier and cheaper alternative? YUM.
